The alternative-Americana sound of Woodrush is full of well-crafted original songs driven by vocal percussion and bursting with rich harmonies. Audiences are repeatedly drawn to their compelling melodies, lyrical savvy, and polished musicianship.

Their sound has been described as a blend of classic folk harmonies with a musical backbone of rock, funk, and R&B, reminiscent of CSNY, Jack Johnson or Counting Crows.

In addition to their substantial selection of original songs, Woodrush also performs a diverse array of covers. Guest musicians are known to appear at shows, enhancing the sound and feel of the performance. Their experience includes performances at festivals, bars, coffee houses, restaurants, clubs, casinos, wineries, breweries, corporate events and weddings.

In an industry where an original sound is becoming harder and harder to find, Woodrush delivers a refreshing live music experience. Their unexpected blend of musical genres brings a welcome variety to your entertainment line up.
